This course contains all 4 webinar recordings covering the new 2015 changes to the following codes:

  • NFPA 85 – Boilers Greater than 12.5 MMBTU - This webinar will address the 2015 edition that contains a number of important revisions and additions that must be followed in order to stay in compliance. Discussion topics for this session will focus on draft control equipment, safety interlocks, and other related controls that are essential to safe equipment operation.
  • NFPA 54 - The National Fuel Gas Code - This webinar discusses the new changes to the 2015 Edition to NFPA 54. Which covers the safety requirements for the design, operation and installation of fuel gas piping systems, appliances, equipment, and related accessories. We will also address the rules for piping system materials and components, piping system testing and purging, combustion and ventilation air supply, and venting of gas-fired appliances and equipment.
  • NFPA 86 - Standard for Ovens and Furnaces - This webinar addresses the 2015 changes that include: Gas Introduction & Removal for Maintenance, Fuel Over pressure Protection and PLC Use for Safety Logic. If you work with direct gas-fired equipment or electrically heated ovens, understanding and following the NFPA 86 standard can minimize the risk of a catastrophic event at your facility.
  • ASME CSD-1 – Boilers Less than 12.5 MMBTU - The rules of this Standard cover requirements for the assembly, installation, maintenance, and operation of controls and safety devices on automatically operated boilers directly fired with gas, oil, gas-oil or electricity, having fuel input ratings under 12,500,000 Btu/hr. This webinar will help professionals to become more familiar with the major issues in the code while highlighting what has changed in 2015.
